Throughout the season, information about aspects of ETB can be sought
from ETB board members, and opinions make known to ETB board members, in
the following ways:
1) Parents/guardians can seek out and discuss an issue with any board
member, who will then take the parent's comments to the board.
2) Parents/guardians can submit in writing to the board comments for
consideration.
3) Anyone wishing to address the board during a regular board
meeting may do so during the allotted time at the first part of the
meeting, not to exceed 30 minutes. When possible, visitors are
requested to notify the ETB Director, Michele Vyvyan, at
Tbasketball@eaasports.org
24 hours prior to a meeting of the intent to address the board. It
is helpful if the topic is identified in advance. After the
allotted time, visitors leave and the board continues the meeting.
Meeting agendas will be posted on the EAA website, as well as the time
and location of the meetings.
