EAGAN ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION TO LAUNCH NEW WEB SITE
Major Overhaul To Include Streamlined Registration Process

EAGAN, June 22, 2010 – The Eagan Athletic Association (EAA) is pleased to announce the launch of a new reconstructed, user friendly web site which will improve all aspects of communication both internally and externally among parents, coaches, and staff members. The new web site, which will be housed on the current EAA web site portal of www.eaasports.org, is currently up and running to replace the old web site. The new web site is now active for fall sports registrations.

The new or improved features on the revamped web site which will directly benefit users include a streamlined registration process, a shopping cart feature, the ability for families to construct their own “family calendar”, and improved e-mail capabilities. Each individual sport director will also have the ability to build out new and improved team pages, increased capability to post photos, and manage volunteer administration in a way presently not able to be done.

All sports, whether they be in-house or travel, will be accessible via one web site (www.eaasports.org), making navigation between the administrative functions and the individual sports comprehensive and easy to use.
