EAA Night is typically the first Varsity HOME game.
 

Expectation & Rules

  • EAA Flag and Tackle players and coaches may attend the defined Varsity (home) game at no cost permitted they arrive in time to form the tunnel.
    • Players must wear their game jersey and coaches, their coach shirt.
  • EAA Players and Coaches will enter via the "back" gate, by the JV field.
  • We ask that players report to the JV field at 6:30pm where they will be staged and enter the stadium prior to the Varsity players.
    • If a player/coach arrives after EAA has marched onto the field they will need to pay and enter via the main gate.
  • Coaches please look for your players and assemble at 6:40pm.
Tickets:
  • Non-coaches, siblings, and guests must pay to enter.
  • Save time and order your tickets online! They will be available for purchase two days prior to game day.
    • Show your online purchased ticket on your phone or printed to be scanned by the gate attendee upon entrance into the stadium.
    • Cash sales will present a ticket stub to the gate attendee.
  • ALL children under the age of 14 must have an adult present.
Pregame:
  • Players will hang out on the JV field until it is time to line up to march onto the field and for the tunnel.
  • Parents and siblings must stay outside of the gated track area; only players and coaches are permitted.
  • Players will not hang out on the track/end-zone prior to the game.
  • Immediately after the Varsity has run through the tunnel EAA players will exit the field where their parents should be waiting for them on the hill prior to the National Anthem, which will take place at 6:55pm.
During the game:
  • Players are required to be within or near their parent parent(s) or coach(es).
  • Players must remain on the home side of the stadium. They must not go to the visitor side. 
  • No running around in the blacktop area.  
    EAA and District 196 are not responsible for any injuries that may occur while the kids are at the game.
  • Players who enter the visitor side and/or found running in the blacktop area may be asked to leave.
  • Players may watch the game from the south side grass hill or sit in the stands.

    Reminder:  No heckling/booing when the visiting team enters, this is considered unsportsmanlike behavior.
