Ultimate is a great sport for new players and easily accommodates skills from soccer, football, basketball, cross country and many others.

2024 SPRING SEASON
Students in 5th-8th grade are eligible for fall middle school league. 

Schedule:

Practice

• Practices begin April 3rd: 2 practices per week
• Monday's and Thursday's 5pm - 7pm
• Location: TBD - In city of Eagan

Games

• Most Sundays- beginning mid to late April and going through the end of May
• Specific game days and times to be communicated closer to season start
• You compete against other Twin Cities area teams
• Each game day you will have two 50 minute games
• Time Commitment: Approximately 1:00pm-4:00pm
  • Round start times are 1:30pm & 2:40pm

Tournament

• State Championship - May 18th & 19th or 25th & 26th. To be announced soon.  Plan to be dedicated to this tournament much of each day. The kids will not be playing all day but we will not know their schedule until about a week before this tournament kicks off. If you have conflicts during this tournament don’t let that stop you from participating for the majority of the season. 

2024 FALL SEASON  

Students in 4th-8th grade are eligible for fall middle school in-house league.

If registration numbers allow, fall league will incorporate single gender and mixed play. Each day of league will incorporate skills improvement opportunities and game play.

Schedule:

• First practice: First Monday the third full week in August
• Last practice: First Wednesday the first week of October
• Practice/Game Schedule: Monday and Wednesday 4:30pm-6pm
• Practice Location: Holz Farm Park: 4669 Manor Dr, Eagan MN, 55123

Middle School Director and Coach Lexie
My name is Lexie Erickson and I am a recent graduate from the College of Saint Benedict. I was born and raised in West Saint Paul. At CSB I graduated with a Social Science Secondary Education teaching degree. This age group is my wheelhouse I am very excited to share my love of Ultimate with them. 

I started playing ultimate when I was 16 years old. I played at Cretin-Derham Hall for Raging Safari, then continued my Ultimate career at CSB for Rapture where I was the captain for 2 years. 

I am very excited to be apart of the WUFDA program and help the program and it’s players grow! 

Coach Meghan
My name is Meghan Hayden and I am so excited to be coaching Eagan middle school ultimate frisbee this year! I coached the very first season with Eagan back in 2019 and I am very happy to be back.

I am originally from Plymouth, MN and started my frisbee career as a freshman at Armstrong High School. I played for four years at Armstrong and continued to play at the College of Saint Benedict, where I was a captain for three years. I graduated in 2018 with a degree in Accounting and I am currently working in the financial reporting department at Piper Sandler. 

I am really looking forward to the upcoming season and I hope the players fall in love with the game as much as I did!"

Coach Hannah 

My name is Hannah Zobitz and I’m so excited to be coaching this spring! I helped out in 2019 for the first season and am so happy to be back.

I am originally from White Bear Lake, MN and attended Cretin-Derham Hall High School. I joined the ultimate frisbee team my 9th grade year and have been playing ever since! After high school, I played at the College of Saint Benedict where I captained for three years (with coaches Meghan and Lexie). I graduated in 2017 with a degree in Elementary Education and have been working as a 2nd grade teacher in St. Paul. I’m currently on an extended maternity leave after the birth of my daughter. I love being a new mom!

I can’t wait to begin, we are going to have an awesome season!
