We are very excited to kick off our Sixth year of youth cross-country program in Eagan!
The main goal of the EAA Cross Country program is to provide an enjoyable experience for kids interested in running. The program is open to boys and girls entering grades K-6th in the fall of 2019. Our goal is to highlight the importance of team, friendship and the opportunity to develop basic skills in distance running. During the season we emphasize having fun by incorporating relays, obstacle courses, and other fun activities into our training.
The kids will have the opportunity to participate in middle school and high school meets and will be competing in the mile distance with kids of similar age and abilities from the neighboring cities of Apple Valley, Rosemount and Lakeville and Farmington.
XC Season August 3- October 1, 2020.
Practice Meets will be held Mon and Thurs from 6-7 pm. All ages will meet and practice the same nights.
