2024 Flag Registration is Closed!
Welcome to the Eagan Athletic Association Flag Football Season!
The season runs from Monday August 12th through Saturday October 5th.
Sign up for Flag based on the grade your child will be in this Fall.
- Fee: $100 – 1st through 6th grade
- Late fee ($25) begins Monday, July 1st
- Registration closes Monday, July 15th at Midnight
- No player requests for 5th/6th grade. Teams formed based on evaluations
- All players practice and play at the same time and same field
- We will not be offering a 7th and 8th Flag program this season
- Participants are required to provide their own mouth guard and cleats

2024 SWAG
2024 Swag - players will get to keep the following items to be handed out in August:
- Reversible blue and white flag football jersey
- Gray Cub Shorts
- Blue TCK Socks
- Blue Dri-it Club T-shirt
- Blue/White Ball Cap
2024 EAA Night at the Eagan HS Varsity game
Players get in free by wearing their jersey or club t-shirt.

2024 Required Pre Season Evaluations
Required Pre Season Flag Evaluations for 5th, & 6th Grade:
- Sunday 8/4, 6:30PM - 7:15PM
- Location: Eagan High School JV Turf
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in

Rationale for being required: create parity and fewer unbalanced teams.

Weather Policy
If the weather looks questionable, what do we do?
Flag plays on City of Eagan fields and therefore we must follow their policy.
If the weather is questionable, you can call the sports hotline at 651-675-5566 to get updates on field status. You can also sign up for email and text alerts or check the website [link].
Air Quality and Extreme Heat
For air quality and extreme heat, we will adhere to the MHSL's weather policy. Leveraging the MSHL's extreme weather policy will assist us in making the decision to cancel games or practices in cases of poor air quality or extreme weather conditions.

- Any athlete or team personnel who develops cough, chest tightness, wheezing, or shortness of breath should not exercise outside when the air quality is bad.
- Athletes with asthma should move indoors for an AQI of 100 or above.
- Moving indoors when the AQI is above 150 is recommended.
- When the AQI is greater than 200, all outdoor activities should be moved indoors, postponed, or cancelled.

Sports Star - Team/Individual Photos
2024 Dates: Wednesday August 14 / Thursday August 15
Key details regarding football pictures:
- Parents no longer have forms to fill out prior to pictures being taken.
- Within a week of your scheduled pictures, parents will receive an email with a preview of your child's photo. From the Sports Star site, you can view, crop, and customize the photo before purchasing.
- Your order will be processed and mailed within 10-days of submission.
